Κραυγή αγωνίας από Έλληνα του Τορόντο για την ψυχορραγούσα ΠΑΤΡΙΔΑ.......
Hello All,
I am forwarding to you the attached as they were sent via e-mail by General Fragoulis Fragos himself; all three of them have to do with a TV broadcast, which took place on July 10, 2016, regarding the right of Greeks, leaving abroad, to vote from the country of their permanent residence.
The time is crucial. The Greek MPs are currently discussing changes to the constitution and there is no doubt in anybody’s mind that it would be a step forward if they recognize our right to vote from wherever we live throughout the world.
It is for us no doubt, but it is even more fundamental for those 430, 000 young Greek professionals who desperate to find a future have left Greece since 2010, just like we did, maybe for different reasons, in the distant past. It is absolutely necessary that Greece maintains a meaningful connection with them by giving them the right to vote, thus giving them the chance to determine its future in a dynamic and changing world.
Our country, Greece, is getting a double blow. One is the young professionals leaving the land and the other is that the ones left behind have no future ahead of them; they have no jobs, they do not get married and they have no children. The land is drained dry from its young people who should have the means to flourish and grow and succeed within Greece. Our population is diminishing day by day while our neighbors want more of whatever Greece has been left.
With those thoughts I am closing this message and I am asking you to spread the word as soon as possible and to the extent that you can. Please tell any Greek person that you know about it, post it on your social media and let it go viral. It is absolutely necessary that the word gets out as fast as possible.
Please feel free to communicate directly with the General (fragosfragoulis@gmail.com) or the Tsipras Law Office (mtsipras@otenet.gr) for any inquires or questions that you may have. You may come in touch with me (zygouris@rogers.com) should you need the form that has to be filled out for authorizing the Law Office of Mrs. Tsipras to act on your behalf.
Panta kala………..
Thank you,
